2027 Tidewater 2300 CB for Sale in Sarasota, FL

---

2027 Tidewater 2300 Carolina Bay powered by a Yamaha VF250XB — in stock at Suncoast Marine Group in Sarasota, Florida.

The 2300 Carolina Bay combines shallow-water capability, serious fishing functionality, and the comfort needed for family cruising. At 23’6” with an 8’8” beam and 67-gallon fuel capacity, it delivers an easy-to-handle bay boat platform with plenty of room for fishing, cruising, and exploring Florida waters.

This boat is finished in Full Hull White and powered by a Yamaha VF250XB, paired with a 10” T-H Marine Atlas hydraulic jack plate, SeaStar hydraulic steering, power-assist steering, Yamaha CL5 gauge, and NMEA 2000 network.

Electronics & Helm

This 2300 CB is equipped with a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv paired with a Garmin GT12M-THF 350W 20° CHIRP thru-hull transducer, giving the helm a capable navigation and fish-finding package. A Lewmar PG 13.5” steering wheel, white console faceplate, companion footrest, and black dash panel complete the helm area.

Fishing & Cockpit Features

The fishing layout includes a 12-gallon insulated bow livewell plus twin 30-gallon insulated stern livewells, along with a deluxe drop-bolster leaning post, leaning-post tackle storage, cooler slide, 65-quart Yeti cooler, raw-water washdown, and additional stainless-steel rod holders in both the bow and midship areas.

A 10’ black Power-Pole Blade, trolling-motor plug and wiring, trim tabs with indicators, dual battery switch, and 2-bank charger system add even more capability for anglers who want to fish both shallow and open water.

Comfort & Entertainment

For days when fishing turns into cruising, the 2300 Carolina Bay includes white cushions with black inserts, bow seating and backrests, forward console seating, a center stern flip-up bench seat, fresh-water shower, and dual fiberglass swim platforms with a three-step ladder.

Overhead, the boat features a fiberglass T-top with glass enclosure and black powder coating, while a Fusion RA-670 stereo with four JL Audio M3 speakers provides the sound system.

Why the 2300 Carolina Bay?

The 2300 CB hits a sweet spot for Southwest Florida boaters who want a boat capable of fishing skinny water around Sarasota Bay, running the Intracoastal, or heading offshore when conditions allow—without stepping into the footprint of a larger 25-foot bay boat.

It gives you many of the features buyers expect from a larger fishing platform while retaining the maneuverability and versatility that make a 23-foot bay boat so appealing.
