This 2023 Avalon 2585 Excalibur Elite Windshield (ELW) is not your typical pre-owned pontoon. Powered by a single Mercury Racing 450R with approximately 130 hours, this 25-foot Excalibur combines serious performance with the luxury, space and distinctive styling of Avalon’s flagship performance series.
The Elite Windshield layout gives the Excalibur a much more sport-boat-inspired feel, with a full windshield spanning the driver and passenger consoles, premium seating and a cockpit designed around both the driver and guests. Underneath, Avalon’s Waveglider triple-pontoon performance platform provides the foundation for confident handling and high-performance capability. Avalon equipped the Excalibur ELW with premium features including its fiberglass helm configuration, upscale interior finishes, integrated electronics, premium audio and RGB accent lighting.
The centerpiece of this boat is the Mercury Racing 450R. With 450 horsepower from a single outboard, this Excalibur delivers the kind of acceleration and performance that separates the Excalibur line from a conventional luxury pontoon.
For the buyer who wants the entertaining space and comfort of a premium tritoon but does not want to give up the excitement of owning a true performance boat, this is a combination that deserves a closer look.
